Edward J. Share, M.D. is a Clinical Gastroenterologist practicing in the Los Angeles / Beverly Hills area since 1979. He is an Attending Physician in the Division of Digestive Diseases at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and is involved in the teaching program as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Geffen UCLA School of Medicine. He teaches Clinical Gastroenterology as well as Advanced Endoscopy.

His clinical interests include Preventive Digestive Health, Colonoscopy and Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He has been the Co-Director of the Cedars-Sinai Swallowing/Esophageal Disorders Center, and for over 15 years served as the Medical Director of the Cedars-Sinai Home Infusion Program and the Cedars-Sinai Home Care Program. He was chosen as the Outstanding Physician of the Year by the California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH).

Dr. Share believes one should maximize factors that are in our control to achieve and preserve optimum health for as many quality years we are given. Common issues discussed with his patients include diet, exercise, bowel habit, acid reflux, abdominal bloating and cancer prevention.
